V&S No.3 Board

The V&S No.3 Board is made up of leaseholders and freeholders in the Quay. Directors are elected every year at the AGM.

Emerald Quay Freeholders

EQF is the landlord for the vast majority of Emerald Quay, bar the 10 houses on King John Court. Not all leaseholders in the Quay are automatically members of EQF.

They are responsible for matters concerning:

  • leases
  • replacement of windows and exterior doors (which you are required to obtain under the terms of the Lease)
  • sale of loft spaces and administration of loft conversions
  • collecting ground rents
  • granting lease extensions
