All events are held in The Compass in the Leisure Centre.

Monday

  • 10.30 to 11.30 am — Book Club (third Monday of the month)
  • 13.00 to 13.45 — Yoga For All (by donation)

Tuesday

  • 10.30 to 11.30 — Crafts & Laughs. Chat, knit, sew, colour, cross stitch, etc in a friendly group. Bring your own refreshments

Wednesday

  • 12.00 to 12.45 — Yoga For All (by donation)
  • 19.00 to 21.00 (once a month) Deep Release Workshop by Love the Journey Yoga.
    Lose yourself in this immersive two-hour yoga experience, giving you the opportunity to slow your mind as you tune out of the external world and you tune into your body with this all-over releasing yoga practice. Booking only.

Thursday

  • 16.30 to 17.15 — Yoga with Sally. Suitable for beginners. Slow, mindful practice for a good stretch and deep relaxation. Contact Sally.

Friday

  • 9.30 to 10.15 — Yoga For All (by donation)
  • 18.00 to 20.30 (every fortnight)Board Games Evening. Feel free to bring your own games and refreshments.
